Step 1
To make sure I am the right therapist for you, we can arrange a free 10 minute phone call to discuss your goals and expectations for therapy
Step 2
We will complete a 50 minute assessment session where we discuss your difficulties and I share how I think I can support you. Whether you're seeing me as a CBT therapist in Reading or joining therapy sessions online, the process remains the same
Step 3
If we both think we are a good match, we can then book in regular treatment sessions of 50 minutes
Step 4
I find it can be helpful to review our treatment plan every four sessions, to check we are still meeting your therapy goals
I offer face to face sessions in Midgham, Near Newbury in West Berkshire, RG7 on a Monday between 8:00am-1:00pm or remote sessions via video link on Mondays between 1:30-3:30pm and Tuesdays-Thursdays between 8am-3:30pm.
CBT sessions can be held face-to-face in around Newbury or Reading or online, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
